Mr. Justin Ye Zhu is the Managing Partner of Shan Zhang International Law Firm. His areas of expertise include general corporate counsel, cross-border dispute resolution, international business and trade law, cross-border e-commerce, and legal matters related to the media, sports, and entertainment industries. Mr. Zhu is fluent in English and has extensive experience representing clients in international arbitration proceedings.

In addition to his practice, Mr. Zhu serves as an arbitrator at the Shanghai Arbitration Commission. He also teaches International Commercial Transactions and International Trade Law as an adjunct professor at the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law and at Ocean University of China. In 2016, he was selected by the American Bar Association to work at the Antitrust Division of the Arizona Attorney General’s Office, where he supported government investigations.
