Teresa Sun focuses on immigration. She has worked at several boutique law firms and holds bar admissions in both California and New York with extensive professional experience. She provides legal services to well-known domestic and U.S. companies.

Currently a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), she has successfully assisted multinational executives and leaders across various industries with their green card applications. Her primary areas of service include extraordinary ability (EB1A), EB2, NIW, H1B work visas, and L1 visas for multinational executives and company formation. She supports domestic outbound projects and U.S. local businesses, ensuring their success and providing robust legal guidance.

Teresa received her LLM from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (UIUC). Teresa is bilingual, native in Mandarin Chinese and fluent in English.
