Thomas Huang is a Law Clerk at Valley & Summit Law PC, where he assists attorneys with civil and commercial litigation, intellectual property disputes, cross-border litigation, and judgment enforcement matters. Mr. Huang has experience drafting pleadings, dispositive motions, discovery requests and responses, and other court filings in both state and federal courts.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Huang served as a Law Clerk at the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles, where he assisted attorneys with matters involving family law, housing, and immigration.

Before attending Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, Mr. Huang interned at several leading law firms in China, where he gained experience in commercial litigation, arbitration, regulatory compliance, and antitrust matters.

Mr. Huang passed the California Bar Examination in February 2026 and the New York Bar Examination in July 2025. He also passed the Chinese National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination in 2023.
