Thomas Huang is a Law Clerk at Valley & Summit Law LLP, where he assists attorneys with matters involving civil and commercial litigation, intellectual property, and real estate.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Huang worked as a Law Clerk at the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles, where he assisted attorneys with legal aid matters in family law, housing, and immigration for individuals living in poverty.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Huang interned at several leading Red Circle law firms in China, where he gained experience in commercial litigation and arbitration, regulatory compliance, general corporate business, and antitrust and competition matters.

With his Chinese background and cross-border experience, Mr. Huang is familiar with issues arising from differences in legal systems and legal culture, and is able to work in both Chinese and English.

Mr. Huang earned his Master of Laws (LL.M.), with Honors, from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law in 2025. He received his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from Southwest University of Political Science and Law in 2024.

Mr. Huang passed the July 2025 New York Bar Examination and is pending admission upon swearing-in. He previously passed the Chinese bar exam in 2023.
