Tristan Yoon is a Law Clerk at Valley & Summit LLP, where he focuses on business litigation, real estate disputes, and intellectual property matters.

He earned his LL.M. from Duke University School of Law, his J.D. from the University of Hong Kong Faculty of Law, and his B.A. in Economics from New York University.

Before joining the firm, Tristan worked at a top-tier Korean law firm and an international arbitration center, where he assisted in cross-border arbitration, antitrust, and M&A matters. His experience includes supporting cross-border arbitration involving Korean construction company disputes at project sites in Southeast Asia and contributing to antitrust merger reviews of major airline transactions.

Fluent in Korean and English, Tristan is well positioned to assist clients in resolving complex, multi-jurisdictional disputes.
